2. Project progress up to now

1) Mother and Child Health (MCH) Capacity building training: During late May and June, 37 community mobilizer women trained on MCH and organized as village representatives for matters of CH. After training, they are assigned to watch each mother and child in their villages and report any incident related to infants and pregnant mothers. This training helped the community representatives to establish a call center and a reporting mechanism. They keep recording all changes in their village and report the data to the project focal person at their monthly meeting. After the training was given these representatives were able to identify and register 47 pregnant mothers and connected them with NAC follow-up centers. - The pregnant mothers(47) have been identified and provided with ANC and PNC training for two days. - training for traditional birth attendants and deviant mothers

2) Establishment of Community Conversation/CC
